At Ranthambore Jungle Trip, we strive to provide a transparent booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Safari Booking Cancellation
Once a safari permit is confirmed through the Forest Department, cancellation charges may apply according to the applicable government rules and permit conditions.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refund eligibility depends on the status of the safari permit.
- Government fees, permit charges, and processing charges may be non-refundable.
- No refund will be applicable for no-shows or unused safari permits.
Current Booking / Last Minute Booking
Current bookings, last-minute bookings, and special quota bookings are generally non-refundable once the booking process has been initiated.
Hotel Booking Cancellation
Hotel cancellation policies vary by hotel and accommodation provider. Applicable cancellation charges will be determined according to the selected hotel's policy.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on banks and payment gateways.
- Transaction charges charged by payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.
Force Majeure
Ranthambore Jungle Trip shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, park closures, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Bookings
Modification requests are subject to availability and Forest Department regulations. Changes cannot be guaranteed after permit issuance.
